Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 minced Garlic cloves
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Neutral oil (canola or vegetable oil)
  • Drizzle of Sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, pour the marinade over it, and let it soak for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and brush the grates with oil.
  4. Grill the Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
