- 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 minced Garlic cloves
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Neutral oil (canola or vegetable oil)
- Drizzle of Sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice. Whisk until well blended.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, pour the marinade over it, and let it soak for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and brush the grates with oil.
- Grill the Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Rest and Serve: Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving with fresh lime juice.
