- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel.
- Brush both sides of the pork chops with the seasoning mixture.
- Arrange the seasoned chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

For a healthier option, consider using lean pork loin chops. You can top the pork with applesauce or sautéed apples for a sweet twist.
