  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
  4. Incorporate brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract into the mixture, mixing until glossy.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda, salt, and flour.
  6. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, folding gently until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  8. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and pour the batter in, smoothing the top.
  9. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
