- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
- Incorporate brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract into the mixture, mixing until glossy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda, salt, and flour.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, folding gently until just combined.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and pour the batter in, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
