Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
- Optional: pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl. Stir to distribute the chia evenly.
- Whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry oats, stirring until every oat is coated. Fold in half the strawberries.
- Divide the mixture into two jars or containers. Top each with the remaining chopped strawberries.
- Seal and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Finish with your favorite toppings like toasted almonds or jam before serving.
Notes
Refrigerate in airtight jars for up to 4 days. Add fresh fruit toppings the day you serve for best texture.
