- 1 package Chocolate Cake Mix
- 2 Eggs (or flax eggs for vegan option)
- 1 quart Ice Cream (Mint Chocolate Chip or Pistachio)
- 1 cup Whipped Cream
- Green Sprinkles
- Chocolate Syrup
Instructions
- Bake the Chocolate Cake according to package directions and let it cool completely.
- Soften the ice cream for about 10-15 minutes.
- Cut the cooled cake in half horizontally and place one half in a springform pan.
- Scoop a generous layer of softened ice cream over the first cake layer.
- Place the other half of the cake on top of the ice cream layer and press down slightly.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until firm.
- Top with whipped cream, green sprinkles, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup before serving.
Notes
Use parchment paper for easier cake removal and ensure the cake is cooled properly before layering.
