Ingredients

  • 1 package Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 2 Eggs (or flax eggs for vegan option)
  • 1 quart Ice Cream (Mint Chocolate Chip or Pistachio)
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • Green Sprinkles
  • Chocolate Syrup

Instructions

  1. Bake the Chocolate Cake according to package directions and let it cool completely.
  2. Soften the ice cream for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Cut the cooled cake in half horizontally and place one half in a springform pan.
  4. Scoop a generous layer of softened ice cream over the first cake layer.
  5. Place the other half of the cake on top of the ice cream layer and press down slightly.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until firm.
  7. Top with whipped cream, green sprinkles, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup before serving.

Notes

Use parchment paper for easier cake removal and ensure the cake is cooled properly before layering.
