- Eggs (large)
- Frosting (any flavor)
- Green Candy Melts or White Chocolate
- Sprinkles (festive green or shamrock-shaped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, follow the instructions on the cake mix, combining it with eggs and water, then pour into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into fine pieces in a large bowl and mix in your frosting until combined.
- Form 1-inch balls from the mixture and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.
- Melt your candy melts or chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip the chilled cake balls in the melted coating, then sprinkle decorations on top before the chocolate sets.
- Chill again until the chocolate hardens.
