  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, and cream cheese. Stir until well-combined.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the cooked spaghetti until everything is well coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
