- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, and cream cheese. Stir until well-combined.
- Add diced tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the cooked spaghetti until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
