Instructions

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the buttery mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thick and cut out shapes with cookie cutters.
  7. Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
