Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Cook rice in chicken broth.
  • Season and sear chicken in olive oil.
  • Make creamy sauce with butter, flour, and milk.
  • Smother chicken and simmer.
  • Serve with rice, garnish with parsley.
