Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Slice the flank steak into thin strips against the grain.
- Mix the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, and black pepper.
- Layer in the Slow Cooker: Place the steak strips at the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by the sliced onion, garlic, and colorful bell peppers.
- Pour the Sauce: Gently pour the sauce mixture over the steak and vegetables.
- Cook: Cover and set on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
