- 1 cup cola
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Pat the pork roast dry with paper towels and season generously with black pepper.
- In a bowl, combine the cola, onion soup mix, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well blended.
- Place the seasoned pork roast in the slow cooker and pour the cola mixture over it.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Check temperature 30 minutes before time is up; roast should reach 190°F to be fork-tender.
- Allow the roast to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
