  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Veggies: Wash and slice bell peppers into strips and dice the onion.
  2. Sear the Beef (optional): Sear the beef on all sides for about 5 minutes in a pan with olive oil.
  3. Layer Ingredients: In the slow cooker, layer the beef at the bottom, followed by bell peppers and onions.
  4. Add Aromatics: Sprinkle garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
  5. Pour in Liquids: Add beef broth, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; stir gently.
  6. Set It to Cook: Cover and set slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  7. Finish and Serve: Once done, the beef should be tender. Serve warm.
