Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion and bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, approximately 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
- Spoon the mixture onto the buns, letting it overflow slightly.
- Serve with a side of chips or a fresh salad.
