A hearty breakfast casserole with sausage, eggs, and cheese baked on a crescent roll crust, perfect for family gatherings or brunch.
Ingredients

- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 1 lb bulk breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a 13×9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and place it in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, pinching seams to cover.
- Layer the cooked sausage over the dough.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then pour evenly over the sausage.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize with veggies or different types of cheese. Can be made ahead of time and baked later.
