Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- In a bowl, mix together the cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
- Place a spoonful of the sausage and cheese mixture on the wider end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the point to seal the filling inside.
- Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
