  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by slicing the sausages, chopping the bell peppers and onion, and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sausage pieces and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped onion and bell peppers to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the diced tomatoes, sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Spoon the sausage and peppers mixture over a bed of cooked rice before serving.
