Description
A comforting dish featuring chicken marinated in ranch, garlic, and Parmesan, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Wooden or metal skewers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Toss to coat, then cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Once done, remove from the grill and let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding vegetables to the skewers or squeezing lemon juice before serving.
