Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Wooden or metal skewers
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Toss to coat, then cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  6. Once done, remove from the grill and let the skewers rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding vegetables to the skewers or squeezing lemon juice before serving.
