Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. Mix well until evenly blended.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top into an even layer.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and golden on top.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Allow the dip to sit for a few minutes after baking to avoid burns. Use room temperature ingredients for better blending.
