- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. Mix well until evenly blended.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top into an even layer.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
