One Pot Creamy Garlic Butter Spinach Pasta

Creamy, cheesy, and full of garlic goodness—this one-pot pasta is the ultimate comfort food.


Ingredients

  • 4 servings of pappardelle or pasta of choice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups stock or water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 150g or 23 loose cups of spinach
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp chili flakes, optional
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  • Melt butter and garlic in a pan over low heat.
  • Once butter melts and garlic is fragrant, add the pasta, stock, milk, and salt. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
  • Cook pasta for 7-8 minutes (or per package instructions), stirring occasionally.
  • Add spinach and stir until wilted.
  • Turn off the heat and add Parmesan, cheddar, black pepper, chili flakes (if using), and parsley. Stir until cheese melts into the sauce.
  • Serve immediately.
