- 2 (3.4 oz) packages of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 cups cold milk
- 1 (8 oz) tub of whipped topping
- 1 box of graham crackers or vanilla wafers
- 1 cup chocolate icing
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, place a layer of graham crackers or vanilla wafers on the bottom.
- Pour half of the pudding mixture over the layer of crackers, smoothing it out.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mix, smoothing it out again.
- Top with one last layer of crackers, and pour chocolate icing evenly over the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
Notes
For a lighter version, use reduced-fat pudding mix and whipped topping. Experiment with different pudding flavors for variety.
