- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 quart mocha ice cream
- 1 tablespoon coffee or espresso powder

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are fully coated.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Place the crust in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes to set.
- Let the mocha ice cream soften for 5-10 minutes, then mix in the coffee or espresso powder.
- Spoon the mocha ice cream mixture into the prepared Oreo crust and spread it evenly.
- Return the pie to the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Slice and serve the pie topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Notes
