Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, ensuring an even coat.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the chicken to brown.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the yogurt mixture for a few hours or overnight. You can also make this dish in a slow cooker.
