- 4 Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and pour the creamy mixture over the chicken, ensuring an even coat.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the chicken to brown.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the yogurt mixture for a few hours or overnight. You can also make this dish in a slow cooker.
