  • 3 lbs Gold or Red Potatoes

  • 1 Cup Chopped Cooked Bacon (57 slices)

  • 1½ Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 Cup Sour Cream

  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise

  • 3 Green Onions (sliced/chopped)

  • Handful Fresh Parsley (chopped)

  • Salt & Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into uniform bite-sized chunks. Boil in salted water until fork-tender. Drain and cool.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with bacon, cheese, sour cream, mayo, green onions, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until fully mixed.

  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
