Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the meatballs are cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Transfer the cooked meatballs to a serving platter and serve warm with the Spicy Mayo Dip on the side.
Notes
For a healthier option, swap ground beef for turkey or use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. Adjust the Sriracha to control spice levels.
