Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan or on a lined baking sheet.
- Top with a drizzle of extra ketchup or a BBQ glaze if desired.
- Bake for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Experiment with adding vegetables or different meats for variations.
