Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan or on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Top with a drizzle of extra ketchup or a BBQ glaze if desired.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
