- 12 fresh jalapenos
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Your Jalapenos: Wash and dry jalapenos, slice in half lengthwise, and remove seeds.
- Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper; stir until smooth.
- Fill the Peppers: Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeno half.
- Wrap with Bacon: Halve each bacon slice and wrap tightly around each stuffed jalapeno.
- Bake Them Beautiful: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake poppers on a lined baking sheet for about 15 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy: Let cool slightly before serving.

For healthier options, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt and use turkey bacon.
