Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into equal-sized chunks (about 1-2 inches).
  2. Place the potato chunks into the Instant Pot, pour in the broth, and add minced garlic if using.
  3. Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to high pressure for 10 minutes.
