Description

Ingredients

  • 12 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned or Panko)
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herbs
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Oil for Frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by setting up three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for the breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and roll it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Freeze the coated sticks on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until ready for frying.
  5. Fry the mozzarella sticks for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For a healthier version, consider air frying or using whole wheat flour.
