  • Skewers (wooden or metal, soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken cubes, ½ cup of teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Let sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Prepare the Skewers: Thread the marinated chicken, pineapple chunks, bell peppers, and red onion onto the skewers, alternating ingredients.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Grill the Skewers: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes and brushing with the remaining teriyaki sauce during the last few minutes.
