Ingredients
Scale
- 12 slider buns (preferably Hawaiian rolls)
- 1 pound sliced ham (honey or smoked)
- 1 pound cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or American)

- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom half in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the ham evenly across the bottom half of the buns, followed by a generous layer of cheese.
- Place the top half of the buns back on to create sliders.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds.

- Let them cool slightly, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole-grain buns and low-sodium meats. Consider adding sautéed onions or seasonal fruits for a twist.
