Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Slice the peaches into wedges and lightly brush them with olive oil.
- Grill the peaches for about 3-4 minutes per side until charred and tender.
- Brush the flatbreads with olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until crisp.
- Assemble the flatbreads with grilled peaches, prosciutto, and burrata.
