4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 small pineapple (or canned pineapple)

1/4 cup pineapple juice

1/4 cup olive oil

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons minced garlic

Prepare the Pineapple: Peel and slice the pineapple if using fresh. Otherwise, skip to the next step.

Make the Marinade: Combine pineapple juice, olive oil, soy sauce, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, garlic, pepper, salt, and paprika. Toss the chicken and pineapple in the marinade and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken and Pineapple: Preheat the grill and cook the chicken for 5 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes, then add the pineapple slices. Grill everything for another 5-10 minutes until fully cooked.
