Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork chops in buttermilk for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat ½ inch of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Coat the pork chops in the flour mixture.
  5. Fry each chop for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  6. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
