Instructions
- Marinate the pork chops in buttermilk for at least 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat ½ inch of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Coat the pork chops in the flour mixture.
- Fry each chop for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
