Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse fresh berries and slice strawberries. Toss them with honey and a pinch of cinnamon, and let marinate.
- Place whole wheat bread slices on a baking sheet, lightly brush with olive oil, and bake for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- In a skillet, whisk eggs with salt and pepper, cook until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- On each plate, layer the toasted bread, a dollop of Greek yogurt, and top with berry mix.
- Sprinkle with chopped almonds or walnuts.
