Ingredients

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 large egg

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 cloves garlic, grated

1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

In a bowl, combine chicken, egg, and flour. Coat the chicken evenly.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

In a saucepan, combine garlic, ginger, sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
