A vibrant appetizer platter featuring marinated cheddar and pepper jack cheese, salty salami, tangy pickles, and fresh herbs — perfect for entertaining.
Ingredients

8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cubed

8 oz pepper jack cheese, cubed

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup white wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

½ cup sliced salami, cut small

½ cup small pickles, sliced

Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add cheddar and pepper jack cubes. Toss until coated. Marinate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in fridge.

Arrange cheese on platter. Scatter salami and pickles around.

Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve with crackers or bread.
