Easy Marinated Cheese Appetizer with Salami & Pickles
A vibrant appetizer platter featuring marinated cheddar and pepper jack cheese, salty salami, tangy pickles, and fresh herbs — perfect for entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cubed

  • 8 oz pepper jack cheese, cubed

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup sliced salami, cut small

  • ½ cup small pickles, sliced

  • Fresh herbs for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add cheddar and pepper jack cubes. Toss until coated. Marinate at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in fridge.

  3. Arrange cheese on platter. Scatter salami and pickles around.

  4. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve with crackers or bread.
