A creamy, cheesy egg bake with cottage cheese, green onions, and shredded cheese, baked to perfection.

- 1 (24-ounce) tub cottage cheese
- 10 eggs
- 3 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
- 1/3 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat eggs and cottage cheese until combined.
- Add cheese, green onions, butter, flour, baking powder, and pepper, and mix well.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve!
