A creamy, cheesy egg bake with cottage cheese, green onions, and shredded cheese, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 (24-ounce) tub cottage cheese
  • 10 eggs
  • 3 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • 1/3 cup diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, beat eggs and cottage cheese until combined.
  • Add cheese, green onions, butter, flour, baking powder, and pepper, and mix well.
  • Pour mixture into the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden and set.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve!
