A quick and easy version of lasagna made with frozen ravioli, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- 1 package (25 oz) of frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups of marinara sauce
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh spinach or chopped veggies (like bell peppers or mushrooms)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Stir until well mixed.
- Spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture in the bottom of your crockpot. Layer frozen ravioli, spinach or vegetables, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover and set the crockpot for 4 hours on low or 2 hours on high.
- Let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving to help the layers set up.
Notes
Substitute ingredients for healthier options, such as low-fat cheese or additional vegetables.
