These Crockpot Baby Back Ribs are tender, flavorful, and easy to make. With a rich barbecue sauce and just the right seasonings, they’re the ultimate comfort food.


Ingredients

  • 1 rack (about 3 pounds) baby back ribs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the ribs into sections and season with salt and pepper.
  • Whisk together barbecue sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, oregano, and cayenne.
  • Place ribs in the Crockpot and drizzle with sauce. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  • Optional: Broil ribs for 4-5 minutes for a caramelized finish.
  • Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
