These Crockpot Baby Back Ribs are tender, flavorful, and easy to make. With a rich barbecue sauce and just the right seasonings, they’re the ultimate comfort food.

- 1 rack (about 3 pounds) baby back ribs
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Cut the ribs into sections and season with salt and pepper.
- Whisk together barbecue sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, oregano, and cayenne.
- Place ribs in the Crockpot and drizzle with sauce. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Optional: Broil ribs for 4-5 minutes for a caramelized finish.
- Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
