Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped Vidalia onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Optionally, brown the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the BBQ sauce over the meatballs in the crock pot, ensuring each is coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Spoon the meatballs onto a platter, drizzle with extra BBQ sauce if desired, and serve.
