- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for a spicy kick or sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the dried wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the wings and toss until fully coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, drizzle with remaining sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, season with baking powder before coating. You can also make these in an air fryer at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
