Ingredients

- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (optional)
- Cooked rice or quinoa
- Toppings: green onions, sesame seeds, and sliced radishes
Instructions
- Prepare the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- Set up a breading station with seasoned flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each salmon piece in flour, then egg, and then breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the salmon bites for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Assemble bowls with rice or quinoa, salmon bites, Bang Bang sauce, and toppings.
Notes
