- 1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2–1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Unroll the crescent dough and place it in the bottom of the baking dish, pressing seams together and pushing edges up the sides. Bake for about 5 minutes.
- In a large skillet, cook and crumble the breakfast sausage over medium heat, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and whisk in the milk, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the cooked sausage evenly over the dough, add the shredded cheese, and pour the egg mixture over everything.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
