  • 1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/21 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and place it in the bottom of the baking dish, pressing seams together and pushing edges up the sides. Bake for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, cook and crumble the breakfast sausage over medium heat, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and whisk in the milk, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Sprinkle the cooked sausage evenly over the dough, add the shredded cheese, and pour the egg mixture over everything.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
