Instructions
- Prepare the Spinach: If using fresh spinach, rinse it thoroughly and remove any stems. If using frozen, thaw it and drain excess liquid.
- Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet, melt your butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about a minute, until fragrant.
- Add Spinach: Toss the spinach into the skillet. For fresh, stir it in until it wilts down (about 3-4 minutes). For frozen, heat until warmed through.
- Make the Sauce: Reduce heat and add heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Season: Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and any additional seasoning you prefer.
