Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
  3. Stir-fry the Chicken: Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add sesame oil, and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add Garlic and Vegetables: Toss in the minced garlic and mixed veggies, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Combine Everything: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, pouring in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss to coat.
