- 2 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 4 teaspoons yellow onion (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon butter (softened)
- 4 teaspoons green bell pepper (finely diced)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 6 ounces crab meat (lump)
- 1 tablespoon green onion (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and butter until smooth. Blend in seasoned salt and paprika.
- Stir in yellow onions, crab meat, green pepper, and mozzarella cheese.
- Place mixture in a lightly greased shallow baking dish and bake for 10-14 minutes, or until bubbling.
- Serve warm with corn chips, crackers, or vegetables.
