Ingredients

15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained

15 oz can sweet corn, drained

14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained

1 avocado, diced

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

3/4 cup zesty Italian dressing

1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions

Drain and rinse the black beans, black-eyed peas, and corn. Drain the diced tomatoes.

In a large bowl, combine the beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado, onion, and cilantro.

Add the Italian dressing and lime juice. Stir gently to combine.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
