A quick and satisfying wrap filled with crispy romaine, tender chicken, and tangy Caesar dressing, perfect for any weeknight meal.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped (rotisserie or grilled)
- 4 large romaine leaves, chopped (about 4 cups)
- 1 cup croutons, coarsely crushed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of salt to taste
- Optional: crispy bacon bits, chopped parsley, or a handful of cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Warm the chicken and tortillas: If using refrigerated chicken, warm it briefly in a skillet. Wrap the tortillas in foil and warm for a minute or two.
- Chop and toss: In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, crushed croutons, grated Parmesan, and chopped chicken. Toss gently.
- Dress and season: Add Caesar dressing a little at a time, tossing until leaves are coated.
- Assemble the wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat and spoon salad across the center. Fold up and roll tightly.
- Toast if desired: Grill the assembled wraps in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve and savor: Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute chicken with tofu and use a vegan Caesar dressing.
