Instructions

  3. Add Garlic and Chicken: Stir in garlic and chicken, season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook for about 5 minutes until chicken starts to turn golden.
  4. Pour in Broth and Rice: Add chicken broth and rice, bringing everything to a low simmer.
  5. Simmer: Cook uncovered for about 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked and rice is softened.
  6. Shred the Chicken: Remove chicken breasts, shred them, and return to pot.
  7. Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
