- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen peas and carrots, diced potatoes, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and milk. Add garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Spoon or roll out pieces of your biscuit dough to cover the top of the filling.
- Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the biscuit topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Allow cooling for 5-10 minutes before serving.
